Why do you want to join Riot? I\'m looking for a guild to have fun and progress with. I used to be into hardcore cutting edge raiding, but I can\'t keep up with the demand that has on your life right now. Judging from your guild mission statement this is the right kind of guild for me.
What are your goals for this game? I want to have fun, but at the same time be the best that I can and play with others who are trying to be the best. I hate to waste time and I like to progress my characters, either through raiding, farming, leveling alts.
How long have you played this game? I started playing in August of 2004 and I played until May 2008. I took about a year off and started again in December of 09. But all together i have around 4 years experience.
What are you looking for in a guild? I\'m looking for a guild that likes to have fun, be relaxed, and help each other, but at the same time can turn on the \"A\" game when needed and get results.
What other guilds have you been in? Why did you leave? On this server, I haven\'t really been in any guilds of note. I transferred here in December, because i have friends/coworkers that play here. I\'m currently in Secrecy, but only for the past week, i was guildless and ran a 25 pug ICC with them and they asked me to join, but since joining they have trouble filling a 10 man ICC let alone consistently putting together a raid.
Describe your endgame raiding experience: Wow, where to start. Endgame has always been my goal while playing WoW, and as I mentioned before I was interested in cutting edge raiding. I.E. server/US/world firsts. Notable guilds that i have been in during Classic WoW are Wrath, and Wrath eventually turned into Nerve which was one of the top US guilds for quite some time. In Burning Crusade I was in Tasty Beverage on Frostmane. They are an offshoot of Nightmare\'s Asylum (MT and his crew left, over politcal differences). Between those guilds I have sucessfully raided all the content that WoW had to offer pre-WOTLK. Wotlk I have done everything but Ulduar, TOGC, and I have killed the first wing of ICC 10 and 25
Please describe your specs. What is your preferred spec? Do you have a secondary spec? If so, what are your gear and experience like with the secondary spec? (Note: this question is of particular importance to classes that can swap between healing, dps, and/or tanking.) I am a resto shaman by trade. I\'ve been playing a resto shaman since Classic WoW. My secondary spec is enhancement. My gear is not of the best quality. around Item Level 200-232. I\'m currently working on filling out the rest with badge gear. However I know how to work the spec. Proper rotation itemtizatoin etc.
We raid 25-man endgame content three nights per week: 8 PM - 12 AM Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday, all times Eastern U.S. Are you able to make these times? I can make all the posted raid times as they stand.
Riot requires that you always bring to EVERY raid enough consumables for 4 hours. This includes elixirs/flasks/food/oils/etc. Can you meet this requirement for every raid? I have no problem meeting the requirements to raid, and helping others to do so.
Please list your professions and any Rare Recipes you have: I am a herbalist/alchemist. I have all of the usual transmutes and elixirs. Potions of Wild Magic are all that i really have that aren\'t standard.

I'll be on the lookout, Aruhn is where i spend most of my time I have a warrior Panzer that i'm leveling to be a miner but not on him very often. Just an update, as well. I fully gemmed and enchanted my enhance set, and pulled 6k dps in OS the other day. So i can be a suitable crossover as well.
Just checking in with an update. I got my new computer parts yesterday and built her up. Running flawless now, so I should have anymroe graphical overload crashes anymore. Thanks.

Hey, i'm trying to in contact with the "healing" officers and see what numbers weren't there during my raids. What did you want to see from me that wasn't there?
And what of those numbers are undesirable? I was 2nd on dispels (which isn't massively impressive, but at least it shows i dispel unlike half the people out there). My numbers were pretty high on dreamwalker seeing as i'm NOT getting the orbs. And take into account that most of those fights were my first time attempting them. I'm still getting a feel for how the fights flow.
I think i have a lot to offer this guild and just let me know what you want to see on the charts and I'll make it happen. However, higher chart numbers don't always make a great healer but I can fill w/e role you want. I don't wipe the raid i do my job and everyone lives. Hell i got the Ice tombs correct my first time ever on Sindy lol.

I'm happy to see that you're fighting for a spot in the guild, something most applicants never really do. That said, saying your numbers were high as a healer on DW is nothing to be that proud of, as it seems you were just spamming her the whole time (yes, this is what you're supposed to be doing I get it). Anyone would get high numbers doing that :) Also, saying you got ice tombs right isn't much of an accomplishment either, since we put flares down and spam a macro that makes it preeeeeeetty easy to do, even for a first timer hehe.
Charts aren't everything, that's for sure. Showing this much initiative is a good thing, though don't get too cocky. Ted kept your app as pending for a reason and hopefully we can give you a definitive answer in the near future!
My apologies if i came off as cocky that wasn't the intent. And I realize that spamming on DW isn't super hard, I was using that as a reference for raw healing that this toon is capable of. And getting ice tombs correct and things of that nature are things that EVERY raider should be able to do, but the truth is there are people that cannot. I was just using that a reference that i'm at least semi-competent as a raider lol.
I appreciate the extended opportunity and review of my application. I have nothing but respect for your recruiting process. It's your guild, your raids, and I understand that you want to be cautious in who you bring in. But I without a doubt know that you will not be disappointed in my attendance, dedication, knowledge or performance if I am given the chance.
Just a heads up. I will be off the game from the 17th to the 23rd of March. I have to go out of town to a hospital because my wife is having surgery. I'll be back like clockwork after that though.
